NeighborLink is the coupon program of the future that offers members access to discounts and preferred pricing from local retailers. By participating, each member is contributing to financial welfare of their community. A Neighborlink member card entitles you to exclusive online promotions and pre-negotiated deals from NeighborLink Merchants at the point of sale. Merchants range from corner store establishments, to businesses that have stores, facilities or services nationwide. Merchants can track a member’s activity and at times may provide additional savings to members that they view achieve maximum participation. Also membership drives by local and school organizations within the community well be rewarded with financial assistance back to their respective organization while promoting local interaction and pride in community. NEIGHBORLINK Members are part of an online service hosted by NEIGHBORLINK created to assist in supporting the relationships and unity between our fellow neighbors and the retailers that support and service the community. At 1st glance, one might think that the only value is the NeighborLink card but in reality that is only a small portion of member entitlements and the membership fee is easily recovered with the special pricing provided by the participating merchants. Beyond the specials, members will also benefit from BID POSTING, JOB SEARCHES, RESUME POSTING, CLASSIFIEDS and BARTER/TRADER/SHARING services concentrated in the member’s community. These entitlements are at no additional charge to the member and every member will have access to the latest additions to the NeighborLink program, even those developed after they had registered. Most importantly, in our effort to unity and support the community, Organizational participation has mean created in the form of membership drives that provide funds back to the organization for their use in supporting their individual community projects and development. Benefits exclusive to NEIGHBORLINK Members: Savings: Promotions and pre-negotiated deals that are offered by participating Merchants and are exclusive to active NeighborLink Members. Bid posting: NeighborLink members in need of a service or product will have the ability to post it on the NeighborLink website and Merchants can respond to your needs. It’s like merchants coming to you and because most Members are also business people, this means free hot leads daily. Job Searching: NeighborLink Merchants & Members will post current employment opportunities for Members, an entitlement focused on promoting support and participation within the Community. Resume Posting: NEIGHBORLINK Members can post a resume to our network, so NEIGHBORLINK Merchants and Members can review it. Classifieds: A Classified page will allow Members and Merchants access to buy, sell, trade, or offer services to all NeighborLink active participants within their community. Bartering, Trading or Sharing: These would be tagged postings in the classified section identifying that the member would consider a barter, trade or share of their Classified. These tags could lead to goods for services or even a ride sharing opportunity. Example of Bartering: One Member posts (auto repair needed, willing to trade tree trimming). Another Member replies, the two negotiate between themselves and strike a win/win deal. Both Members benefit from their membership without spending an extra penny. A NeighborLink Membership fee, similar to the cost of your local newspaper subscription per month, will be billed automatically (monthly or annually) or can be pre paid. Members can visit the NeighborLink site for Merchants to receive specials that have been viewed on the NeighborLink website or cards can be offered to Merchants at point of sale during all purchases and will be awarded any current specials associated with that purchase. Proper ID will be required to confirm user is a registered and active member. The NeighborLink website is a fun and fully interactive website. |
