* A Merchant as described in NeighborLink terms is a Business that is currently providing goods and/or services within their community. All merchants meeting this simple criterion are eligible to participate in the NeighborLink program.

* To be a Merchant member of NeighborLink all you need to do is register and create an online profile for your company FREE OF CHARGE but you must provide NeighborLink Members with a special promotion to qualify.

* Available through NeighborLink to Tier subscribing Merchants:
      Merchant Web-page (with or without NeighborLink IT support)
      Member Access (to research fellow Merchants and compare)
      Email Blasts to entire Membership in the region
      Trading, Bartering, Job Posting, Classified listings, Service/Produce requests (Quoting)

Power Buying (pre negotiated pricing plans from such industries as Insurance, Vehicles, Equipment and Travel). 

NeighborLink will provide each Tier subscribing merchant with a software package that would allow their POS to read the NeighborLink member card. Merchants are fully responsible for honoring the coupons, promotions or specials that they have posted on our site. Merchants can also negotiate a promotion only available to NeighborLink members. NeighborLink’s name is in the hands of participants, so we trust our Merchants to honor their posted promotion.
